Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator based in Dubai (Jebel Ali Area) to handle logistics workflows and optimize shipments for our trading networks. You will act as the key liaison with regional freight forwarders, supervise warehouse imports, and guarantee smooth customs processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate maritime shipping schedules and air cargo imports.
• Verify import/export documents and resolve customs clearance issues.
• Monitor warehouse stocks and distribution logs in Dubai warehouses.
• Negotiate freight rates with local forwarding companies.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Logistics Operations, or business administration.
• 2+ years experience in UAE customs clearance or freight forwarding.
• Excellent organizational, tracking, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of port handling portals (Dubai Trade/Mirsal II).
